WinPodX reverse-open shim 0.6.0 — Windows GNU x86_64 build
==========================================================

This notice describes the NEW binary SHA-256
f79f95408006b1caa0a0c638f8a6395dcf3d9e70ba04a63a08fb11fe67e0bc22.
It does not claim to identify dependencies of the previous, historically
unrecorded binary. Exact source, target-specific graph, locked registry
checksums, toolchain and rebuild instructions are in BUILDINFO.json; the
unchanged source is in ../Cargo.toml, ../build.rs and ../src/main.rs.

Statically linked direct/transitive registry crates for x86_64-pc-windows-gnu:

* getrandom 0.2.17 — MIT OR Apache-2.0; MIT option selected. Original
  copyright and full permission terms: licenses/getrandom-0.2.17/LICENSE-MIT.
* cfg-if 1.0.4 — MIT OR Apache-2.0; MIT option selected. Original copyright
  and full permission terms: licenses/cfg-if-1.0.4/LICENSE-MIT.

Rust standard-library/runtime code is statically linked. Preserve the exact
installed Rust 1.99.0-nightly toolchain's original complete per-component
copyright inventory at licenses/rust-std-1.99.0-nightly/COPYRIGHT-library.html
and its accompanying original license terms under
licenses/rust-std-1.99.0-nightly/licenses/. This is intentionally broader
than attempting to guess which standard-library objects survived LTO. The
HTML inventory identifies its own exceptional components and rights holders;
no new copyright attribution is asserted here.

Build-time only (not the target binary's Cargo normal-dependency graph):
winresource 0.1.31, toml 1.1.3+spec-1.1.0, serde_core 1.0.229,
serde_spanned 1.1.1, toml_datetime 1.1.1+spec-1.1.0,
toml_parser 1.1.3+spec-1.1.0, winnow 1.0.4, version_check 0.9.5.
The locked graph also contains registry packages unused for this Windows
release target. Do not infer that every lockfile package is linked.

The Windows system DLLs named in the PE import table are imported, not
distributed with this executable. MinGW-w64 CRT/linker support is supplied
by the recorded cross-toolchain; its installed runtime package identifies
its license as SUSE-Public-Domain. The complete matching Rust std inventory
includes applicable GCC exception and GPL text conservatively, but this
statement does not assert a particular static GCC object contribution.

WinPodX's own MIT license is at the repository root LICENSE. rcedit.exe is
another, separate binary with its own adjacent LICENSE-rcedit.txt; it is not
part of the shim's compiled dependency graph. Guest notice-copy behavior
and downstream archive inclusion must be verified separately.
